350g Fettuccine or your preferred pasta

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 Cups Lactose-free cream

2 Cups Lactose Free Cheese

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and Pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully cooked and browned on the edges. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the lactose-free cream, stirring continuously. Bring it to a gentle simmer.
Add the lactose-free cheese to the cream mixture. Continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce to coat evenly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
