Enjoy the zesty kick of our lactose-free Hot Honey Butter—a spicy twist on a classic condiment. Perfect for adding flavor to your favorite dishes!
Ingredients
-
4 tbsp Slightly Salted Spreadable Butter
-
3 tbsp hot sauce
-
3 tbsp Honey
-
¼ - ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
-
¼ tsp Salt
Directions
Heat together the butter, honey, hot sauce, salt and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring often until heated through.
Transfer the mixture to a small serving bowl. Lightly drizzle honey on top, followed by a little sprinkle of flaky salt or kosher salt.
Serve promptly, or refrigerate for later (let the mixture come back to room temperature before serving). Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 5 days.
Recipe Note
For a milder version of our honey butter, omit the hot sauce and red pepper flakes. You'll still enjoy the delicious sweetness of honey butter without the added heat.
