1 Large Ripe Banana

2 tbsp Lactose-Free Protein Powder

2 tbsp Lactose-Free Milk

1 tbsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon

Neutral oil, for the pan

Directions
In a blender, combine the eggs, oats, banana, protein powder, lactose-free milk, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. If the oats are not fully broken down, blend for another minute.
Heat a drizzle of neutral oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour or ladle 2-3 rounds of batter into the pan, leaving some space between each.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles start to appear on the surface and the underside is golden. Flip the pancakes and cook for another minute until cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve the lactose-free pancakes stacked with sliced bananas and drizzle with maple syrup.
